CREATIVE HEALTH
Group singing sessions designed to have a positive impact on participants’ health and wellbeing.
I work with the Roses Theatre in Tewkesbury to deliver monthly Singing for Health and Wellbeing sessions, funded by the NHS.
These sessions start with relaxation exercises, followed by breath work and vocal warm ups. We sing a variety of uplifting and heartfelt popular songs from the 1920’s to the 2020’s.
Our aim is to create an enjoyable, friendly and socially connected session, with positive outcomes particularly for lung health and vocal health.
