CREATIVE HEALTH

Group singing sessions designed to have a positive impact on participants’ health and wellbeing.

I work with the Roses Theatre in Tewkesbury to deliver monthly Singing for Health and Wellbeing sessions.

“With Thanks to The NHS Integrated Care Board for their investment in this work through the Community Health & Wellbeing Fund.”

Sessions start with a seasonal relaxation, followed by breath work and vocal exercises. We sing a variety of uplifting and heartfelt popular songs from the 1920’s to the 2020’s, including song requests from the group.

Our aim is to create an enjoyable, friendly and socially connected session, with positive outcomes particularly for lung health and vocal health.
